Before I was a holistic nutritionist, I was an exhausted missionary completely lost trying to DIY my health. And TBH, I thought my body was broken and wondered if I would feel like this forever.
It wasn’t until I discovered a root-cause, foundations first approach (and learned my cycle) that I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of discipline or the curse of being a woman; it was my lack of understanding.
Now, I’m here to help women put the habits in place to spend less time googling in frustration and more time enjoying life. Because let me tell you, life without constant "what's wrong with me??" makes you feel so good.

I was living the dream on the outside, but on the inside, I was consumed by my disordered relationship with food.
I felt like I was constantly at war. I was struggling with cancel-all-plans PMS, couldn't make it through the day without a nap, and daily gut issues and I kept thinking to myself, "Why can't I find anyone who will actually figure this out instead of throwing prescriptions or acting like there's no solutions?"
I realized I needed to see my body as a whole and lean in to the way God designed the feminine body. So I went off and made the program I dreamed of.
Now, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help women get back in the driver's seat of their own health because you deserve better than band-aids.

Joining Made Good at 20 years old was quite honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was struggling with immense fatigue that I knew a 20 year old should not be experiencing and I reached a point in my health journey where I knew I needed to get help. Made Good has given me tools I can take with me throughout the rest of my life to nurture and honor the body the Lord has given me. I’ve gone to numbers of doctors who have told me that either nothing is wrong with me or have given me a diagnosis and a band aid “solution” to go with it. Made Good is the first time I have ever been validated in my symptoms and actually had the root cause dove into. With Made Good I have felt truly empowered in taking care of my health.

The biggest win is changes in my cycle. I used to take a lot of medication for cramps, but this is the FIRST thing to lessen period pain considerably since I was 12 when my period started. I now use less than half the medication I was using before. I feel wonderful. My energy levels are WAY more stable. I don’t feel bloated or sleepy after meals anymore. I fall asleep a lot more quickly at night and my sleep much more consistent and better quality. I feel like I’m nourishing my body rather than randomly guessing at what is good for me. I’m so excited to see how the changes I’ve made will continue to impact my health in the years to come!!!

One of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves, our families, our vocations, and our communities is the gift of integrated health. This program really teaches women how to "go back to the Garden" where woman was in harmony with her Creator and herself. I have seen improvements in my energy levels, mood, and hunger cues after implementing my protocol. My tension headaches has significantly decreased too. I am convicted that protein and minerals and micronutrients are the game changer! My biggest wins from Made Good have been mindset wins in practicing gratitude, praying for hope, and trusting in the process.
